Client Financial Protection
We take the safety of your money as seriously as the trip itself. 42 Group Sp. z o.o. meets all legal requirements for protecting client payments, mandated for tour operators in Poland.
Insurance Guarantee
We hold an insurance guarantee issued by Signal Iduna Polska TU S.A. (policy no. M533769), with coverage of PLN 210,780 (EUR 50,000), valid from 24 July 2026 to 23 July 2027. This guarantee covers the reimbursement of client payments and repatriation costs in the event of operator insolvency.
Tourist Guarantee Fund (TFG)
We are a registered participant in Poland's Tourist Guarantee Fund - an additional, statutory safeguard operating independently of the insurance guarantee. A contribution is paid for every travel package sold, in line with applicable regulations.
Tourist Assistance Fund (TFP)
We are also registered with the Tourist Assistance Fund, which provides client support in extraordinary circumstances (such as large-scale operator insolvency).
Tour Operator Registry
Our business is entered in the register of tour operators maintained by the Marshal of the Łódź Voivodeship, under number 725.
These four independent safeguards - insurance guarantee, TFG, TFP, and registry entry - work together to fully protect your payments from booking through your return home.
